The purchase of this 1/4 side of beef will allow you to fill your freezer with roasts, steaks, and ground beef cut and packaged to your specifications (choice of thickness and cuts). Your meat will be available for delivery to your house in 2-3 months (delivery included). A 1/4 side of beef yields approximately 120 pounds of meat, suitable for a family of four for one year or to split with a friend. Lone Oak Angus prides itself on supplying quality beef that was conscientiously cared for. Custom cutting and packaging will be done at Lake Geneva Country Meats, and flash frozen for sealing your purchase properly to allow for storage of up to 1 year. Chest freezer included.
